  • Day 01 - Singapore / Johannesburg / Kruger

  • Day 02 - Kruger

    Wild and untamed, enjoy a full day of safari activities. Go for morning and evening jeep drive tracking down Africa's “Big Five” - elephants, lions, leopard, rhinos and buffaloes.

    You may wish to consider extending another night in the safari.

    Overnight: Kruger

    OPTIONAL 3-NIGHT EXTENSION: MARATABA PRIVATE RESERVE
    Marataba is a malaria-free private concession within the Marakele National Park. It has a strikingly beautiful landscape of the Waterberg Mountains, Dramatic, steep cliffs alternate with infinite savannah plains.  
  • Day 03 - Kruger / George / Oudtshoorn

    Enjoy another game drive at dawn (if time permits). Transfer to the airport after breakfast for your flight to George via Johannesburg

  • Day 04 - Oudtshoorn / Knysna or Plettenberg Bay

     

    This morning, you have the option of a meerkat encounter during sunrise time. Continue on to visit an Ostrich Ranch and finally, end your day at the Cango Caves, internationally renowned as one of the world’s great natural wonders sculpted by nature.

    This afternoon, drive to your hotel in Knysna or Plettenberg Bay area.

  • Day 05 - Knysna or Plettenberg Bay

    Begin your Garden Route and drive to your first stop at Tsitsikamma National Park, an indigenous rainforest. Enjoy the Tsitsikamma Canopy Tour as you zip through 30 meters above the forest floor and enjoy the magnificent views.

    Continue on a boat trip on Storms River into the breathtaking beautiful Gorge. 

    For the adventurous, try the world’s highest commercial bungy jump in the world at Bloukrans Bridge. 


    This afternoon, explore in the nature in 2 different ways!

    Optional 1: Hog Hollow Horse Riding (2 hours)

    Explore Tsitsikamma on horseback and follow a 150-year-old woodcutter’s paths and wagon trails with views of the magnificent surrounds.


    Optional 2: Black Water Tubing

    Take to the tea coloured waters of the upper Storms River and spend 1-2 fun filled hours paddling and rock jumping along the safest and widest section of the river.

    Overnight: Knysna or Plettenberg Bay

  • Day 06 - Knysna or Plettenberg Bay

    Today, drive to Knysna, famed with its sandstone cliffs that dramatically separate its tranquil lagoon from the pounding surf of the Indian Ocean.

    Take a 25-minute ferry to the Featherbed Nature Reserve and embark on a 4×4 trailer ride. Enjoy unsurpassed views of the Lagoon, mountains and Knysna.

    After lunch, take the ferry back then drive to Thesen Island for an oyster farm experience. Note: Tours in Knysna are all in join-in basis.

    Overnight: Plettenberg Bay

  • Day 07 - Knysna or Plettenberg Bay / Hermanus

    After an early breakfast, you have a 6-hour scenic drive to the coastal town of Hermanus and reach in the late afternoon.

  • Day 08 - Hermanus

    Head off for a whale and dolphin watching cruise and track the Southern Right Whales migrating from Antarctica to the South African coastline. Outside the whale season, you are likely to encounter different marine mammals, including Bottlenose Dolphins, Cape Fur Seals and Africa Penguins.

    For the adventurous, go sea kayaking (2 hour join in basis) for a close encounter with the marine animals. (Minimum age 10)

    Optional: Flights over the Walker Bay (30 minutes)

    Get a top down view of the whales undisturbed while flying over Hermanus lagoon.

     

    Afterwards, go on a quad bike adventure at Hamilton Russell Vineyards and South Right wineries.

  • Day 09 - Hermanus / Winelands

    Today, drive to the wine country of the Cape.

    Proceed with a “vineyard safari” on Land Rover and get the chance to taste the award winning Estate wines. You have the opportunity to learn wine pairing with chocolates.

    If you are visiting in March during the annual grape harvest, have a glimpse into a working winery as you get to harvest, stomp grapes and see how a grape press works.

    For the wine enthusiast, a customized full day program concentrating on the renowned estates for wine-tasting can be designed.

  • Day 10 - Winelands / Cape Town

    This morning, embark on a 3 hours picturesque hiking trail (8km) at the Mont Rochelle Nature Reserve in Franschhoek. The reserve boasts spectacular views of the Franschhoek Valley, diverse plant life and spectacular fynbos diversity.

    Next, we take a different scenic route back to Cape Town and on the way visit Durvanville Hills for a tour of their cellar and end with a lunch at their open restaurant, which offers panoramic views of Table Mountain across Table Bay and the rolling vineyards.

    Arrive Cape Town and start the afternoon with a city tour. Visit the Green Market Square, District 6 in the apartheid regime, the traditional Malay Quarater, Bo-Kaap and end at City Hall. Enjoy a cable car ride up to the most striking landmark, Table Mountain (weather permitting) and enjoy a sensational view of the city bowls.

    These activities would each take half day to complete, which requires adjustment to your city tour program (at extra cost)

     

    Be transferred to your hotel located and the rest of the evening is free to explore the waterfront area.

  • Day 11 - Cape Town - Cape Peninsula

    Enjoy a day out to Cape Peninsula. Drive to the False Bay and cruise to Duiker Island to see thousands of Cape Fur Seals close up in their natural habitat.

    Drive to the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay and Boulders Beach to see the famous jackass penguins and be awed by the spectacular views of False Bay from the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve.

    Before returning to the city, enjoy a stroll through Kirtenbosch Botanical Gardens.

     A coastal drive on a vintage WWII sidecar can be arranged to experience an open-air 360 view! (at extra cost)

  • Day 12 - Cape Town

    This morning, you have 2 options of activities to further explore the hidden side of Cape Town.

    Option 1: Horse riding with picnic lunch

    Gallop along the beach or through the countryside and experience a number of delightful places before enjoying your gourmet picnic lunch. 

     

    Option 2: Table Bay Food Foraging Tour

    Be surprised at the bountiful fresh ingredients available at your doorstep. Pick and enjoy them at The Chefs Table.

     

    This afternoon, enjoy your free leisure time scrolling around the town and waterfront.

  • Day 13 - Johannesburg / Singapore

    After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight.
