  • Day 01 - Singapore / Lima
     Fly  Singapore / Amsterdam  KL 836 0040/0735 – Daily (12h 55m) 
       Amsterdam / Lima  KL 743 1235/1810 – Daily (12h 35m)
    Upon arrival at night, meet and transfer to your hotel for a good rest.

  • Day 02 - Lima

    This morning, have a panoramic tour of the historic centre of Lima – a UNESCO world heritage site! Roam the old colonial streets and the modern district of San Isidro and Miraflores. Be impressed by the Larco Museum with the most extensive collection of pre-Columbian art in Peru.

    Enjoy a traditional criolla lunch at an old manor house with pisco sour tasting – Peru’s national drinks

    Complete your city tour with a visit to the Bohemian neighbourhood of Barranco, known for its artist studios, open-air market, and picturesque parks. 

     OPTIONAL: CULINERY EXPERIENCE WITH TOP CHEF
    This evening, enjoy an intimate culinary workshop with Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, renowned chef of Malabar – one of the World’s Best 100 Restaurants.

  • Day 03 - Lima / Cuzco / Pisac / Sacred Valley
    Altitude: Cuzco (3,399 m); (Sacred Valley (2,871 m)
     Fly   Lima / Cuzco  LA 2023  0810/0945 – Daily (1h 35m)

    Upon arrival, descend to Sacred Valley. Drive to the archaeological site of Pisac, an impressive Inca complex, with terraces built on its hills and colour markets. Try some local corn beer – chicha on the way.


    Enjoy lunch at a house with owners private collection of pre-Colombian, Incan and colonial artefacts. Arrive Urubamba in the late afternoon, a small town under the snow-capped mountain Ch’iqun.

    OPTIONAL 1-DAY EXTENSION: SLEEPING IN THE SKY
    The Skylodge Adventure Suites - a completely transparent hanging bedroom, overlooking the Sacred Valley. You will need to climb Via Ferrata or hike through ziplines. Enjoy a gourmet dinner under thousands of stars.

  • Day 04 - Sacred Valley / Ollantaytambo / Machu Picchu

    Altitude: Aguas Calientes (2,040 m); Machu Picchu (2,430m)

    This morning, drive to the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo. Take the train to Machu Picchu.

    Explore Machu Picchu in the late afternoon when the masses of tourists are gone and the ruin are at its best!

    Today, you will stay overnight either at Aguas Calientes, the gateway of Machu Picchu or Belmond Sanctuary Lodge, the only hotel at Machu Picchu.

  • Day 05 - Machu Picchu / Cuzco

    Altitude: Cuzco (3,399m)

    You may continue to explore Machu Picchu in the early morning. For the energetic one, you may climb to the Sun Gate or Huayna Picchu.

    After lunch, take the train back to Ollantaytambo.

    On the way to Cuzco, make a stop at Chinchero (3,762 m) and visiting a weaving cooperative, an important preserved ancient traditions which the women earn a livelihood. 

    OPTIONAL: UPGRADE TO HIRAM BINGHAM LUXURY TRAIN

  • Day 06 - Cuzco

    This morning, explore this exotic Inca capital, which has been listed as a World Heritage Site. From the main square to the Cathedral and Santo Domingo Church. Continue to San Blas, a picturesque neighbourhood and end with a visit at San Pedro Market.

    This afternoon, continue to Coricancha, the Temple of Sun. Visit Sacsayhuaman Fortress, an amazing and huge stone construction.

    This evening, join an entertaining night walking tour around the ancient city map, learn some interesting details about the city's history, and her very real legends.

  • Day 07 - Cuzco / Checacupe - Ausangate Trek - Chillca
    Hike Time: 1.5 hours | Level of Difficulty: Easy
    High Point: 4,368 m 

    Depart to the town of Checacupe. After a visit to the colonial temple of the Immaculate, we start ascending the Pitumarca valley, along the spectacular Japura gorge that leads to Chillca, where we will be greeted by the community. From there it is a short and easy walk to the first “Tambo”. Once at the lodge there will be time to relax and enjoy the music provided by the locals of Chillca.

  • Day 08 - Ausangate Trek: Chillca / Anantapata
    Hike Time: 8 hours | Level of Difficulty: Moderate
    High Point: 4,849 m 

     

    After pass the Ausangate river we go to Astanapata community, tremendous views of the glaciated south face of the “apu” will inspire us as we continue towards the red sandstone formations of the “Nevado del Inca”.

    Overnight: Anantapata Tambo

  • Day 09 - Ausangate Trek: Anantapata / Huampococha
    Hike Time: 8 hours | Level of Difficulty: Moderate to challenging
    High Point: 5,200m 

     

    A spectacular part of the trail finds us hiking in the middle of mountains with red, ochre, and blue strata. This section offers a glimpse of marvelous geological wonder and natural beauty. Also, be on the lookout for groups of gracious vicuñas, as they are frequently spotted in this isolated area. We will sleep that night in the Huampococha Tambo, in the heart of large rock formations near a lagoon where “huallatas” (Andean geese) make their nests.

  • Day 10 - Ausangate Trek: Huampococha / Cuzco
    Hike Time: 5 hours | Level of Difficulty: Moderate
    High Point: 4,800m 

     

    After a last climb over the Anta pass, you will gradually make your descent. In this section the first crops and houses come into view. The landscape changes quickly as the red sandstone formations are followed by the carsten erosion of limestone, forming a one of a kind stone forest, and a perfect habitat for “vizcacha” (members of the chinchilla family).

    By the time you get down the valley, be waiting transferred back to Cusco.

  • Day 11 - Cuzco / Puerto Maldonado
    Transfer to airport this morning for your flight to Puerto Maldonado.
     Fly  Cuzco / Puerto Maldonado  LA 2075 1155/1255 – Daily (1h) 
    Puerto Maldonado is the gateway to the Amazon rainforest in Southeastern Peru. You will be transferred to your lodge by boat, located along Madre de Dios River.

    Go for a twilight river excursion, animals and birds of the daytime give way to species specially adapted to the night.

  • Day 12-13 - Puerto Maldonado

    You can choose from challenging jungle treks and vigorous paddles, enchanting and accessible rainforest trails, thrilling treetop canopy bridge walk, bird watching, plant study, native communities and more based on your individual interest.

  • Day 14 - Puerto Maldonado / Lima / Singapore

    Enjoy a full breakfast before departure. Visit the Butterfly House before return to Puerto Maldonado.

    Fly over the Nazca Lines - one of the strangest things left behind by ancient civilization. Enjoy Paracas National Reserve - home to sea birds and coastal wildlife such as sea lions and Humboldt penguins.
  • Day 09 - Lima / Paracas

    This morning, drive 4.5 hours to Paracas. Paracas National Reserve is the only nature reserve on the Peruvian coast and considered one of world’s strangest and richest ecosystems by UNESCO. 

    Recommended: Spend an extra night in Paracas for a morning cruise to Ballesta Islands to view birds, sealions and Humboldt penguins!

  • Day 10 - Paracas
    Morning, drive to Pisco for your 1.5 hour flight to see the Nazca Lines.  In the afternoon, drive back to Lima and connecting your flight back home.

  • Optional Extension: Ica Wine Valley & Paracas
    Ica is known as an area of desert, sand dunes, oases and valleys. It is the first city Peru where wine and grape liquor were produced. Explore this oasis in a desert and of course enjoy some wine tasting.
  • Day 09 - Lima / Ica

    This morning, drive 4.5 hours to Ica and enjoy lunch with a chef demonstration.

    This afternoon, visit the Pisco distillery - La Caravedo, You will meet the old and the modern part where the stylization of Pisco is made and finish your tour with a pisco tasting.

  • Day 10 - Ica - Paracas

    Make a visit to Tacama vineyard (closed on Mon), which is the oldest in Peru. Have a wine pairing lunch at the vineyard.

    Afternoon, have a short excursion to Paracas. Tou have the opt to enjoy a 4WD ride or sandboarding.

  • Day 11 - Ica / Lima / Singapore
    Drive back to Lima in the afternoon and connect your flight back home.
