Itinerary

  • Day 01 - Singapore/ Moscow
    Fly Singapore/Moscow SQ 362 0020/0600 (10h 40m) – Except Wed & Sun

    Upon arrival in Moscow, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

    Embark on a city tour, see Lenin’s Mausoleum and St Basil’s Cathedral (from the inside), the wonderfully ornamented quincunx of onion domes which is the best-known building in Russia. Visit the  Monument of Peter The Great, Sparrow Hills with the observation platform for amazing views over the city. Then proceed to the Hill of Glory, which is a beautiful memorial complex.

    Proceed to Novodevichi Convent with its cluster of sparkling dome and gorgeous turreted wall which was proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    You will have your guide and driver at your disposal, head for a shopping spree or visit the unique Museum of Cosmos, which gives a retrospect on how Soviet space science evolved.

    Optional program: Watch the world renowned Circus Nikulin with the best seat and return transfers to hotel. We can also arrange a unique visit of the backstage.

  • Day 02 - Moscow

    Visit the Kremlin and the Armory Museum with a vast collection of Imperial Russian artwork, followed by the greatest collection of Faberge Imperial Easter Eggs. Proceed to The Russian Diamond Fund.

    See the best examples of underground Soviet-era architecture on tour of Moscow’s metro stations!

    Then visit The State Tretyakov Gallery, showcasing more than 170,000 works by Russian artists from early religious paintings to modern art.

    Optional: Enjoy the evening watching the amazing ballet or opera performances at the one of the greatest theatres in the world, The Bolshoi Theatre. (Best seats with return transfers to hotel included).

  • Day 03 - Moscow / Vladimir / Suzdal

    Drive to Vladimir, one of the Golden Ring cities. Enjoy a local delicacy lunch in one of the riverside cafeterias, pancakes with caviar and vodka.

    Vladimir was one of the medieval capitals of Russia and nowadays having 3 UNESCO World Heritage listed sites. The Golden Gate, originally a tower over the city's main gate. The Assumption Cathedral, finest piece of pre-Mongol architecture and The Cathedral of Saint Demetrius, famous for its white-stone carvings.

    After your tour of Vladimir, drive to the diamond of the Golden Ring cities, Suzdal. Stepping into Suzdal is like stepping back in time, the cute wooden cottages mingling with golden cupolas that reflect in the river.

    Check-in to your hotel and enjoy your dinner at the hotel.

  • Day 04 - Suzdal / Sergiev Posad / Veliky Novgorod

    Enjoy tour of Suzdal, visiting the remarkable riverside churches and monasteries dating from the 11th - 13th century, some of which are included in UNESCO World Heritage Listed. Take a tour of the Museum of Wooden Architecture, before enjoying your traditional lunch at the home of local peasant.  

    Optional: Enjoy Master Class of Russian cuisine at the Local Peasant home!

    Continue your Golden Ring tour with a drive to Sergiev Posad. Visit The Trinity Lavra, which is a unique architectural masterpiece protected by UNESCO World Heritage organization.

    Sergiev Posad is the birth place of Russian Matreshka’s, you will have some time to do souvenir shopping, before to Moscow. Proceed to the train station to catch your 1st class night train to Veliky Novgorod.

  • Day 05 - Veliky Novgorod

    Upon arrival at the morning time to Novogrod, which was the first capital of Russia.

    Enjoy tour of the city, visiting the oldest Kremlin in Russia, dating back 864. Visit the cathedral of St. Sophia, which dominates the structure of the Kremlin.

    Continue to the Yuriev Monastery, a medieval religious complex built in 1030 along the Volkov River. End your tour with visit of the Cathedral of St. George, which will impress you by its size and beauty.

  • Day 06 - Veliky Novgorod / Pscov

    Today transfer to Pskov, one of the oldest towns in Russia. Visit Pogankini Palaty, a great example of medieval architecture which houses a rich collection of ancient Russian icons.

    Then continue to Izborsk, which is home to an ancient settlement.Visit the Izborsk Fortress that dates back to the XIV century. You will also get the opportunity to sample the healing waters of Slovensky Springs, also known as the Springs of the 12 Apostles.

    Then continue to Pechory and visit the amazing Cave Monastery, one of the most famous and oldest still-functioning monasteries in Russia.

  • Day 07 - Pskov / St. Petersburg

    Depart to St. Petersburg.

    In the afternoon, go on a walking tour along Nevsky Prospect, the main street of the city and see many iconic buildings. You will also visit the beautiful St Isaac Cathedral and Church of Spilled Blood.

    Optional program: Folk Show in Nikolaevsky Palace with the best seat and return transfers to hotel.

  • Day 08 - St. Petersburg

    This morning, we make an excursion to the former summer residences of the Russian court Peterhof. You will visit the Great Palace and the lovely gardens. Return to the city by hydrofoil.

    This afternoon, you can choose either one of the below excursions:

    1. Visit the magnificent summer residence of the Russian Tsars - Pushkin (Tsarskoye Selo), Catherine Palace with the Amber Room inside, which is considered to be one of the world's wonders.

    2. Visit the Russian Museum, which collection contains more than 400.000 exhibits. The main complex of museum buildings, the Mikhailovsky Palace and Benois Wing, houses the permanent exhibition, tracing the entire history of Russian art from the tenth to the twentieth centuries.

    Optional program: Watch world renowned Mariinsky Ballet with the best seat and return transfers to hotel.

  • Day 09 - St. Petersburg

    Devote the morning to the Hermitage, which compares with Louvre or British Museum as a truly world-class museum. You will have a special visit to the Diamond room, where the largest collection of the Russian Emperor's fine jewelry is located.

    Enjoy Russian lunch with vodka tasting and then relax at Palace Square – the central city square of St. Petersburg with the iconic Alexander Column.

    In the afternoon, visit Peter & Paul Fortress, the best place to tell the history of the city. Then take a private boat tour along the canal, enjoy some champagne and canapés while seeing the city from a different perspective

  • Day 10 - St. Petersburg / Moscow / Singapore

    Check-out and be transferred to the airport to catch your flight to Singapore via Moscow.
